Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the order summary during checkout, before payment confirmation.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details.
Shipping and delivery times
Shipping times (the time required to prepare the item before dispatch) are indicated on the product description page of each item.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier.
Total shipping time = preparation time + delivery time
Ready-to-ship, made-to-order and custom items

Some items are in stock and ready to ship within 24–48 hours.

Other items are made to order or customized and require longer preparation times.

Customers are always encouraged to check the shipping time information provided on the product page before placing an order.
As all items are handcrafted, shipping times are estimates.
Erra Ceramica will keep customers informed during the production process and will notify them once the order is ready to be shipped.
