When: Every Saturday morning from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

In this three-hour workshop, you will learn the basic techniques of working with clay on the wheel, from centering to shaping.
You will be guided in creating a simple form such as a bowl or a cylinder using stoneware clay, a high-fire material that is more durable than terracotta.

You will also have the chance to try trimming, a finishing process, on a leather-hard piece prepared for you.
If you wish, the piece you throw during the class can be finished and glazed by Erra Ceramica and picked up from the studio after one week.

All tools, materials, firing, and glazing are included in the workshop price.
